Johann Du Preez is the director of I-Build. He is in the building industry since 1989 (38 years).He successfully managed various companies. Johann received a National Roofing Award, being the youngest licensed Harvey Tile Contractor, also a member of the Master Builder Association (MBA) for approximately 15 years and with the National Home Builders (NHBRC) approximately 24 years. His expertise includes the building of new houses, developing complexes, renovations, re-roofing, installing solar systems and swimming pools. 

I-Build is proud to introduce itself in turn-key projects and he will always have his client’s interest at heart. Duties at I-Build takes precedence over our personal responsibilities. Our  clients can trust that Johann will always provide a consistent service and will be responsible for a long term accomplishment and performance.
